Our Lady of Lourdes sterling silver round medal and the back of the medal features a prayer to St. Bernadette. The 3/4" pendant is die struck using only the finest grade sterling silver which enables the intricate details to fully show when the antique finish from hand polishing is applied to each medal by New England Silversmiths. Hand engraving is then applied to the medal followed by a layer of protective lacquer to help prevent tarnishing. Our Lady of Lourdes is the Patroness of the sick.
